I had a pleasant stay at Usha Ascot, with a great location just a short walk from the Matheran Railway station. The villa was comfortable and well-equipped, but there were a few issues like cable connectivity and upholstery that need attention. The food was generally good, especially the Indian cuisine, but some dishes could be improved. Overall, I found good value for money, but the facilities require some upgrades.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Usha Ascot in Matheran. The location was quite charming, recalling fond memories from my last visit 25 years ago. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. However, there were some areas for improvement, such as the need for better maintenance in certain aspects of the hotel and upgraded amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hospitality.
